DELIVERY INFORMATION
Kmall24 strives to deliver goods as quickly and precisely as possible. Read on to learn all about delivery and returns

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We provide worldwide delivery on every product. The options for choosing delivery methods are given to every customers at the product description pages. The price for delivery can be found at the checkout page depending on the destination country. Orders with EMS outside the Republic of Korea are sent by a tracked, signed-for, fully insured service which takes between 3 and 14 working days to arrive, depending on the destination country.
Orders placed up to 15:00 the Republic of Korea time are dispatched the same day; although some orders may be delayed by security checks, particularly if delivery is not selected to the cardholder’s address or place of work. During extremely busy periods, such as just before Christmas, it may not be possible to meet this cut off time.
Tracking number(s) will be provided in your confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note; tracking numbers will activate the evening of the day that the order has been dispatched. Orders placed after 15:00 on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (or next working day if the Republic of Korea public holiday).
Your order will be dispatched in either a strong bag/Jiffy bag or bespoke cardboard box. Size and weight restrictions may result in some orders being dispatched in multiple parcels. If you place several separate orders we may also combine them into one parcel.
We take every step possible to ensure returns and exchanges are processed as quick as possible, this may take a little longer than usual in busy periods. With this in mind please allow up to 21 days for us to process your return.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day returns period. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the complete product(s) undamaged in an unused,
“as new” condition within 7 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your purchase price(excluding delivery charges).
Returned items should be tagged and with original packaging,
if applicable. Returns that are worn and damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted back and may be sent back to the customer.
Footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface so as not to damage the footwear.
Footwear returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Underwear, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the product includes a protective adhesive strip and it has been removed.
If you have received a free gift with your purchase and require a refund, the gift will also need to be returned before a refund can be issued.
If item(s) arrive back with us more than 7 days after being received, full store credit will be issued , credit can be redeemed against any other items and does not have a time limit on use.
For items purchased as Christmas presents we extend the returns period to 14 days for Korean national holidays.
When returning faulty goods with a defect discovered in the first 7 days after receipt you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange plus your (reasonable) postage costs to send the item(s) back to Kmall24. For faulty items – still under manufacturer’s warranty – where the defect is reported after 7 days, we will repair or replace the item if a repair is not possible or practical.
If we cannot replace the item because it is discontinued or out of stock, we will offer an alternative of similar or greater value, or store credit to the full value of the faulty item. Please be aware products that are returned as faulty may be returned to the manufacturer for investigation before we are able to issue a refund or replacement, or to repair the item.
Please contact us before returning faulty items and we will supply either a free post label, collect the items or advise on the best return method.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

The Customer who claims return requests should submit a proof of postage as without this proof no claim can be made for items lost or damaged in transit.
All returns should be accompanied by a proof of purchase, e.g. your packing slip or invoice, or a printout/handwritten details of your order if no packing note was enclosed.
There is a returns form on the reverse of your receipt that should be completed and sent with the returned item(s).
On the front of the receipt there is also a return address label; please attach this to the parcel and return to us; always remember to keep your proof of postage,
and to insure the parcel if the item(s) enclosed are of high value.
It is customer’s responsibility to make sure the item(s) arrive with us safely and in a saleable state with all tags and bags present,
all customers must also pay the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
If any parcels are lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returned, it is the customer’s responsibility to claim from the relevant carrier company for their loss.
Returns from outside the Republic of Korea should be marked clearly as ‘RETURNED KOREAN GOODS’, this information should also be entered on any customs declaration that is required. Kmall24.com reserves the right to refuse any returned parcel that has attracted a customs charge.
When trying goods that may be returned please take care; once goods are soiled they cannot be considered for exchange or credit.
For all returns we will inform you as soon as they arrive and inform you when the exchange or refund has been sent/applied
